Visiting Divers and Teams

FEES FOR VISITING DIVERS

MVND welcomes divers from other programs (including former Nadadores who are diving for their college) and provide a visiting diver policy for divers who desire to train with MVND for a limited time.

  1. A diver is considered “visiting” if the diver regularly trains with a coach or program not affiliated with MVND and intends to train with MVND for a period of three months or less.
  2. Visiting divers are not members of MVND and are not eligible to vote in MVND elections.
  3. Visiting divers must be registered athletes with USA Diving and/or AAU.
  4. Visiting divers must submit to MVND proof of valid primary, personal health insurance.
  5. Visiting divers must sign the MVND Participant Waiver and Emergency Medical Form.
  6. Visiting divers must pay the current MVND fees IN ADVANCE, prior to use of the facilities.
  7. Practice fees are:
    • $25/diver/training session if training two weeks or less (a week is considered 6 days)
    • Monthly rates are determined by the group you train with. Contact diveoffice@mvnadadores.org for more information.

FEES FOR VISITING DOMESTIC TEAMS

MVND welcomes domestic teams and provides a visiting team policy for divers/coaches who desire to train at the MAC for a limited time.

  1. Training times are at discretion of Head Coach and prioritized on a first-come-first awarded basis.
  2. Visiting team members MUST be members of USA Diving or AAU or part of a college team. 
  3. All payments and insurance documentation to be handled through dive office.
  4. Visiting team fees are: $25/diver/2 hr workout & $40.00/diver double session $30/day supervision fee.
  5. Team must provide prior to arriving, $2 million liability coverage documentation listing the following as additionally insured:
  6. Mission Viejo Nadadores Foundation
  7. Mission Viejo Dive Committee and staff

FEES FOR VISITING INTERNATIONAL TEAMS

MVND welcomes international teams and provides a visiting team policy for divers/coaches who desire to train at the MAC for a limited time.

  1. All scheduling, training fees and correspondence for visiting international teams must run through the Head Coach.
  2. Training times are at discretion of Head Coach and prioritized on a first-come-first awarded basis.
  3. Visiting international team members do NOT have to be members of USA Diving.
  4. All payments and insurance documentation to be handled through dive office.
  5. Team must provide prior to arriving, $2 million liability coverage documentation listing the following as additionally insured:
    1. Mission Viejo Nadadores Foundation
    2. Mission Viejo Dive Committee and staff
