The MVND High School group is focused on helping divers be ready to dive and compete for their individual high schools during the high school season. Divers will work towards dive lists that would be eligible for competition in the CIF. Our coaches will ensure that divers are safe, confident, and prepared for all skill advancement throughout the year. Divers will learn dives from the 1M and 3M springboards as they show the necessary skill progressions to do so safely.
Divers are encouraged to compete when they are able, especially at our hosted invitationals (Chris Vonk in December and Ron O’Brien in March) each year at either the Novice or Junior Olympic level in their age group.
Try outs and evaluations can be scheduled through our dive office. Please contact us for class times and availability.
Monday/Wednesday/Friday: 5:00-6:00pm
Saturday: 12:00-1:00pm
Stay up to date with all things blue and gold.
