The Mission Viejo Nadadores Diving program is one of the top programs in the United States and in the world. The Nadadores regularly place athletes on the USA Diving Junior and Senior National Teams, as well as on international squads representing the United States of America in international competitions.
Most recently, Nadador diver, Anna Lemkin won the 2022 Junior World Championships on 3m and earned a bronze medal on platform. 2 other Nadador athletes competed at the 2022 Junior World Championships.
Below is a list of our Nadador athletes who are members of the USA Diving National Team. The Nadadores have more athletes on the National Team than any other club in the United States.
1. Girls 16-18 3m and 1m springboard
2. My favorite event is 3m springboard and my favorite dive is 5152b.
3. 3x Junior National Champion, 2024 Junior World Silver and Gold Medalist, 2025 Senior National 3m finalist.
4. I like to spend time with my friends outside of the pool and also spend time hiking, surfing, or watching the sunset.
5. I am committed to dive at University of Arizona starting in 2027
6. I love being a Nadador because of the amazing environment. It truly is a special place that makes you want to get better in every aspect, all while having a fun and supportive team to do it with.
1. Men’s 3m Springboard and Synchronized 3m
2. My favorite dive is 5337d, and favorite event is 3m Individual.
3. Diving accolades: 13 Junior National Titles, 3 Senior National Titles, 5 All-American finishes at NCAAs, 2nd place 3m Synchro and 6th Individual 3m at 2021 Tokyo Olympic Trials.
4. I love to play golf, fantasy football, and hangout at the beach when I’m away from the pool.
5. I graduated from The University of Texas at Austin in 2020.
6. I love being a Nadador because the traditions of excellence and prestige of the program bring out the best in each of the athletes. There’s a sense of pride representing Mission Viejo, and a desire to continue those traditions in honor of those that have come before you.

2. My favorite dive is 302E, and favorite event is cliff diving from natural takeoff locations.
3. Diving accolades: 2 USAD National Champion Titles, 7 NCAA All-American Awards, 2010 Big Ten Champion, 2 World University Games Bronze Medals, Red Bull Cliff Diving Event Champion, 14 Red Bull Cliff Diving Podiums, and FINA High Diving World Cup Silver Medalist.
4. I love to stay active outside of the pool, especially in the mountains and the oceans with skiing, surfing, biking, hiking, and climbing.
5. I graduated from Purdue University in 2011.
6. I love being a Nadador because of the world class facility, training, and community. The blue and gold are more than just a sports organization. We’re a family that cares about the fulfillment and potential of everyone, in and out of the water
1. Women’s 20m High Diving and Cliff Diving.
2. My favorite dive is 5242D. I find myself being able to put a lot of style and drama into this dive. I just love performing this one.
3. Diving Accolades: Multiple junior & senior national titles, multiple international podiums at the junior and senior level, 4 time most valuable diver in the ACC, 4 Podium finishes in the Red Bull Cliff Diving Series, one bronze medal at the AQUA High Diving World Cup.
4. I am fascinated with Japanese culture! I love to watch anime, study the language & learn to cook different Japanese dishes!
5. I graduated from Virginia Tech in 2016.
6. I have loved diving at the Mission Viejo pool ever since I was a little girl. The beautiful weather and surrounding area always makes for a wonderful time in and out of the pool!
David’s diving career started at 5 years old, and continues to this day as he joins the Nadadores as both an Assistant Coach and a Competitive High Diver and Cliff Diver. David spent the majority of his JO years with Ed Goodman and Buck Smith at Legacy Diving.
